There have been no reports of serious harmful effects from taking too many Marvelon/Marvelon 28 tablets at one time. If the patient has taken several tablets at a time, she may have nausea, vomiting or vaginal bleeding. If the patient discovers that a child has taken Marvelon/Marvelon 28, ask the doctor for advice.
